COVID-19 Protocols - Kembali Lagi Guest House & Villas

Sometimes a break from your routine is the very thing you need. We are thrilled to be re-opening Kembali Lagi Guest House and Villas to our Guest. Our team here at Kembali Lagi has spent a significant amount of time considering how we can do this safely, for both you our guests as well as our wonderful team of staff.

At Kembali Lagi Guest House and Villas, your safety and comfort remain our highest priority.
We are continuously monitoring and following the changes in recommendations and guidelines
of the local governments and the local health authorities to continue working towards
providing the best service possible while safeguarding the safety of our guests and associates.
Please find our protocols as follows.

• Guests who are displaying a fever will be supported with guidance on the closest
  medical facility / rapid testing location
• We keep masks, hand sanitizers and hand washing facilities available for guests
• Newly purchased duvet and pillow protectors are professionally laundered and changed
  between each set of guests
• Each room is deep cleaned and disinfected before new guest arrival
• All items are sanitized for each new set of guests (remotes, furniture, etc.)
• All bed linens and towels are professionally laundered with hot water
• Breakfast can be served in room or on private terrace
