Activities in Bali, Around Bali, Tips & Trick

Travel to Nusa Lembongan from Sanur

Just off the coast of Bali, the island of Nusa Lembongan is quickly becoming a popular destination for intrepid travelers to explore, surf, snorkel or just laze on the beach. Nusa Lembongan and its “little sister island” Nusa Ceningan have developed more slowly than Bali and still maintain the “edge of the universe” feel. Only 40 minutes away by fast boat, you can choose to go on a day trip and experience the breathtaking beauty of this (almost) untouched paradise. Furthermore, you can also easily cross to Nusa Ceningan from Nusa Lembongan through the famous yellow bridge.

Travel to Nusa Lembongan is easiest from the north end of Sanur Beach where there are numerous boats leaving and arriving every few hours. At Kembali Lagi Guest House and Villas, our manager/concierges can help choose the best option for you with discounts off of published rates.

Leaving from Sanur at 08.00 a.m., this boat is the cheapest option. It costs around IDR 60,000 to IDR 100,000 for a one-way trip. Although the most affordable, we recommend you to take a fast boat instead for a much quicker journey.

Use one of the fast boats to reach Nusa Lembongan in less than an hour. The two most popular fast boat services are operated by Scoot Cruise and Rocky Fast Cruise. Both fast boat services provide pick-up and drop-off facilities for certain locations. With this premium service, life jackets are available, luggage is tagged and bags are carried by porters, on and off the boat.
